FAQ

Common questions answered.

Tailored support that brings clarity, strengthens leadership, and unlocks the intelligence of your organisation.

  • What challenges do you typically help with?

Most clients come to us when their product has outgrown its story: the homepage lists features instead of outcomes, sales calls repeat explanations the site should already give, or a new launch needs pages that convert from day one.

  • Which industries do you know best?

Our focus is AI-forward companies, from startups building on AI from day one to established businesses making the shift. We work across B2B, B2C, B2B2C and enterprise, and bring two decades of experience with global brands in food, automotive, travel, finance and technology. The common thread is helping buyers understand something new quickly, whatever the sector.

  • Who will I work with?

You’ll work directly with the founder of Cosmosis on every engagement, from the first call through to launch, with no hand-offs to junior staff or contractors.

  • Can you work with my wider team?

Yes. We fit around the team you already have, whether that’s brand, marketing, RevOps or development, and give them clear direction on positioning, messaging, page structure and what to test. Where you need more hands, we bring in a trusted network of UX/UI, copywriting and design specialists, and stay accountable for the result.

  • How is AI used, and what am I paying for?

AI runs through our whole process and saves a great deal of effort. It pulls together market and competitor research, mines reviews and sales calls for the language your buyers actually use, generates headline variations to test, and speeds up the integrations, webhooks and automations that connect your site to your CRM. Work that once took weeks often now takes days, which means the hours you pay for go where they count most: senior thinking, every word on the page, and time with your team.

  • What tools do you work with?

We work in whatever your site already runs on, most often Framer, Webflow and WordPress. For wireframes, design reviews and campaign assets we use Figma and Canva. Research and optimization draw on your analytics, Google Search Console, heatmaps, session recordings and A/B testing platforms. Beyond the site itself, we connect pages to the systems behind them. That includes CRMs and marketing automation such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo and Attio, plus the webhooks, workflows and integrations that route every lead to the right place and give sales the context it needs. If your team has a stack it likes, we fit around it.

  • Where are you based?

Cosmosis is a registered Australian company, able to do business in jurisdictions around the world. Our principal is based in Paris, so European hours come naturally. When a project needs American hours, we can operate from Brazil, with short stays in Minneapolis when it helps to be in the room. Being remote keeps us quick and flexible, with no travel to plan around, and the time difference often lets us deliver overnight so new drafts are waiting for your review in the morning.

  • How long does a typical engagement last?

A positioning sprint takes two weeks, a homepage one to two weeks and a landing page two to three days. Optimization and growth runs monthly, with a two-month minimum.

  • How do you charge?

We work on day rates, hourly rates or fixed-term contracts, whichever suits the project, and our rates are in line with market averages for senior strategy and marketing consultants. What you get for that is two decades of experience across every major shift in digital marketing, from the first websites to AI search, applied to the problems founders face right now. Because we move in a nimble, AI-assisted way, most projects finish sooner than clients expect, so the total cost is often lower than you’d budget for. Concessions are available for very early-stage startups and nonprofits, and every engagement starts with a clear quote, agreed before anything begins.

  • What happens in an initial conversation?

In 30 minutes we’ll look at your current homepage together, talk through who you’re trying to reach and where visitors drop off, and agree whether we’re a good fit. You’ll leave with at least one change worth making, whether or not we work together.
